The first SPILL Festival - in April 2007 - presented artists and companies from around the world in some of London’s top venues and unusual spaces:
52 live performances, 6 World premieres, 5 companies visiting the UK for the first time, 4 SPILL commissions, 3 SPILL feasts, a 2 day symposium, and 1 participatory exhibition.
Just about everything was full, and lots of audience members told us this was the scene they’d been waiting for.
