KABOOM: THE ART OF DESTRUCTION

LIVE ART DENMARK

SAT 25 + SUN 26 | COUNCIL CHAMBER, TOWN HALL

When is it okay to destroy something?

How do you do it best, and why may it even be necessary?

Can there by anything new without destroying something old first?

This dynamic 45-minute performance for the whole family invites you to recreate 18 famous acts of artistic destruction.

Drown plaster busts, smash guitars, graffiti old masterpieces, throw philosophers into the meat grinder and then stuff them into sausage skins!

KABOOM: The Art of Destruction is made by the same team that brought the sell-out 50 Dangerous Things (You Should Let Your Children Do) to SPILL in 2023. You will not want to miss their return!

“Delightful and uplifting destruction epic.”
Teateravisen, 2022

Fun and entertaining - children’s theatre and performative study in a perfect combination!”
